The much-debated Triple Talaq bill to ban the instant triple talaq, was tabled in Lok Sabha and now enters Rajya Sabha. There was also a bizarre news about a U.P. woman receiving triple-talaq just because she woke up late! Sify cartoon

The bill to end instant Triple Talaq intends to give voice to Muslim women with regard to divorce. Hopefully the exploitation of women in the name of instant triple talaq will end.
