Kerala is angry with Modi Sarkar for not giving enough funds for the rebuilding of the state, which was ravaged by the floods. The people of Kerala are accusing the central govt of releasing insufficient funds, whereas Modi Sarkar has been allocating bigger funds to statues, advertising budget etc.
