BJP says NRC list is Supreme-Court directed exercise. But the Supreme Court says asks the govt not to initiate any action on 40 lakh people excluded from the list. BJP chief Amit Shah says people not in the list are illegal Bangladeshi migrants. While one BJP leader talks about holding a similar NRC exercise in Delhi, some other leader suggests these illegal Bangladeshis should be shot dead. AND the general election is just some months away!
