Nothing moves in Congress-ruled states without Congress High-command’s orders. That used to be the rule. But now, with Congress Party losing all major states, Karnataka seems to be party’s only hope. And interestingly this desperate state of the party has helped CM Siddaramaiah to have his say in party’s decisions in Karnataka.
