When you complicate a simple cartoon idea with too many elements, that may not only dilute the thought behind the cartoon but also confuse the readers.
The below cartoon was my original creation (bringing in Kumar Vishwas angle through a dialogue). But that confused the editorial board, so had to simplify the cartoon, as shown above.
